Carlos R. Had some frustrating plumbing problems and called these folks. They did not immediately try to force an appointment on me like roto-rooter did. Instead they asked me about the situation and tried to offer some troubleshooting ideas. In the end I had to have them come out. Arrived on time, the guy who showed up really seemed like he knew was he was talking about and took pride in doing a good job. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they charged by the hour versus charging for the job, so it came out a little more than I wanted. It was worth it for the job being done right.
