Jana M. Really excellent service and very courteous both on the phone and in person. They squeezed me in on a very busy day after I called them about a problem with my kitchen sink. The gentleman on the phone was extremely nice and even explained to me what the problem could be. He initially had me set up for a morning appointment the following day (I called at approximately 1:30 on a Monday during the holiday weekend) but said he would send someone over if an opening came up. About 10 minutes later I received another call that a plumber was available after all and he offered to send him over. The plumber arrived about 20 minutes later and got to work right away. I am thrilled with their service and will not hesitate to use them again!
